Following the recent media coverage about the ongoing investigation into loot boxes recently launched by Belgian Gambling Commission, Video Games Europe has had confirmation that the Belgian Gambling Commission has not published a ruling, or a decision on loot boxes being considered gambling. The Belgian Gambling Commission is currently investigating this area and will be making full report available in due time.
