New Chair for Video Games Europe
Brussels, 30 January 2024 - We are delighted to announce that Hester Woodliffe, SVP Publishing, International at Warner Bros. Games, takes up the position of Chair of Video Games Europe from 15 January 2024. Hester, brings a wealth of knowledge of our industry to the role.
Hester Woodliffe said: “ This is an exciting role and I look forward to working with the Brussels team and Video Games Europe members around Europe to optimise our engagement with policy makers and to highlight all the positive aspects of our incredible industry.
Video Games Europe CEO Simon Little said: “We are delighted to see Hester take over as Chair of Video Games Europe, after 4 years on the board. We look forward to working together to champion our exciting sector and to support our members across Europe.
“We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank Olaf Coenen, VP Global Partners at Electronic Arts. Olaf has chaired our association for the past five years, providing incredible support during a period of significant growth and change, including seeing us through the challenges of the Covid 19 pandemic. All Video Games Europe members thank him for all his work. “
