Video Games Europe response to the Public Consultation on the EDPB’s DPIA template
Video Games Europe has submitted its response to the Public Consultation on the EDPB’s DPIA template. In this context, Video Games Europe raised concerns that the draft template, if adopted in its current form, may inadvertently lead to DPIAs becoming overly prescriptive, technical, contractual, or operational catalogues beyond what Article 35 of the GDPR requires.
