Video Games Europe response to the EDPB’s public consultation on the DPIA template
Video Games Europe has published its response to the EDPB's public consultation on the DPIA template, expressing concerns that the draft template, if adopted in its current form, may inadvertently lead to DPIAs becoming overly prescriptive technical, contractual, or operational catalogues beyond what Article 35 of the GDPR requires.
